The buzz around Bollywood romances of the ‘90s still fascinates fans, and few tales are as talked-about as Aishwarya Rai and Salman Khan’s brief but high-profile relationship. Actor Himani Shivpuri, who worked closely with Aishwarya during that era, recently shared candid memories of the stars on Red FM Podcasts.
Himani first met Aishwarya on the sets of Aa Ab Laut Chalein and later collaborated in films like Humara Dil Aapke Paas Hai and Umrao Jaan. “She was not very established back then. We were very close then," Himani recalled. She also reminisced about filming in Hyderabad, when Salman would frequently visit Aishwarya on set. “This was the time when she and Salman were going very strong, so Salman used to come every night and leave in the morning," she shared.
